I would highly recommend
living at Peppermill Place
starting with the office
staff. I was sad to hear
Ms.Brenda left, didn't get to
tell her BYE! She was such a
delight to speak to with any
one of my concerns. Ms.Teresa
is awesome as well, I was very
pleased when she took over as
manager. She did an amazing
job turning things around,
very professional, yet gives a
warm welcoming feeling when
speaking with her. When seeing
maintenance on property,
either walking by, or seeing
them work for example,
cleaning the parking lot,
every morning starting at
7:30am, they greet you with a
smile or small talk. I lived
at Peppermill for 2 years and
now that I have relocated to
Dallas-due to family-I so
greatly miss everything about
this complex. You get to know
your neighbors, or at least
from a distance to learn their
habits, being aware of your
surroundings. This is your
home, if not then will be your
home, or SHOULD be your home
and you want to feel safe, and
it definitely gives you that
comfort feeling. If I had any
concerns or maintenance issues
they were always rectified in
a quickly manner without
hesitation and with great
pleasure. It's a good
location for commuting to the
freeway, or to High School, or
to Elementary school. My son
attended Owens elementary and
it's a great elementary
school. I attended CyFalls
personally, it's an awesome
school. And the Lone Star
College is straight down West
Rd. Great library for the kids
at the college. Has your
shopping centers close by so
there isn't a lot of
commuting, and grocery store
has really excellent staff as
well. It's overall a great
complex to live in, and I am a
very detail oriented person, I
like what I like and want it
how I want it and if i think
it's satisfactory, that's
meaning a lot. My husband
thinks I can be too nit picky,
and living here he didn't have
to enroll me into self help
classes! Overall great
place to live. Definitely
check it out at the least!
