It's quiet, the neighbors have been very polite. We've lived in newer apartments and have never been treated as well as we have here. Mainenance is very prompt, even with the smallest problems, and they are always very polite. The staff here in general is great.

I will tell them that I think it is a safe place. That if it were not quiet and safe I would not let my daughter live there. I would also say that the office staff and maintenance team have been very helpful.

In short, I enjoy my residence, it's accommodations are quit spacious for the area size. The layout is also accommodating.

Staff is always nice and eager to help. They keep the play and pool areas very clean and child friendly. I have rented here for 3 years now and love it my young child has lots of friends and a safe place to live. Great location as well every store/food place i can think of is within 15-20 minutes.

I would highly recommend living at Peppermill Place starting with the office staff. I was sad to hear Ms.Brenda left, didn't get to tell her BYE! She was such a delight to speak to with any one of my concerns. Ms.Teresa is awesome as well, I was very pleased when she took over as manager. She did an amazing job turning things around, very professional, yet gives a warm welcoming feeling when speaking with her. When seeing maintenance on property, either walking by, or seeing them work for example, cleaning the parking lot, every morning starting at 7:30am, they greet you with a smile or small talk. I lived at Peppermill for 2 years and now that I have relocated to Dallas-due to family-I so greatly miss everything about this complex. You get to know your neighbors, or at least from a distance to learn their habits, being aware of your surroundings. This is your home, if not then will be your home, or SHOULD be your home and you want to feel safe, and it definitely gives you that comfort feeling. If I had any concerns or maintenance issues they were always rectified in a quickly manner without hesitation and with great pleasure. It's a good location for commuting to the freeway, or to High School, or to Elementary school. My son attended Owens elementary and it's a great elementary school. I attended CyFalls personally, it's an awesome school. And the Lone Star College is straight down West Rd. Great library for the kids at the college. Has your shopping centers close by so there isn't a lot of commuting, and grocery store has really excellent staff as well. It's overall a great complex to live in, and I am a very detail oriented person, I like what I like and want it how I want it and if i think it's satisfactory, that's meaning a lot. My husband thinks I can be too nit picky, and living here he didn't have to enroll me into self help classes! Overall great place to live. Definitely check it out at the least!

I would tell them that even though it is an older facility, it really is a nice place to live. I enjoy the gym although the cardio equipment needs to be fixed and checked. I like the fact that I am in the same age range as my neighbors and we are all single so it has been fun getting to know them. I think Sandy did a good job by putting me near my similar age range. It makes me feel more comfortable.

Based on our experience here, we would recommend Peppermill Place Apartments because it is peaceful and quiet, we have good neighbors, and we consider the property as a save place for kids. Maintenance is adequate and the apartment is comfortable.

These are older apartments, so don't expect a fantastic outer shell. The insides of the apartment are well kept, but not fancy. But if you are trying to save some money, its a nice place. I haven't had any problems with crime and or noise, so that is also a plus. However, the maintenance is slow to fix problems, and when they do, they cover it up or do a half done job. The ladies in the office are all nice and professional, so if you have problems, you can take it to them, and they will try to handle the situation. Overall, I think its an okay place for anyone to live if you are just starting off or having to adjust to life changing events.

I have been at this apartment complex since 2008 and I just recently resigned my lease because I was satisified with the complex, the area, and the staff of the apartment complex. I am very pleased with Ms. Brenda cause she always understood situations and has been there since I first moved in but Im also pleased with the other staff members as well. I also noticed that they know alot of there residents by name which most apartment do know becuase the turn over rate with the apartment complex. They fixed things in a timely manner and the staff and understanding and respectful. The prices are reasonable as well for the area its in. Thanks Peppermill! :)

The complex is located in a quiet and convenient part of town. Peppermill staff is very helpful and there when you need them.

The building is a little outdated but the management staff is kind, thoughtful and they actually DO what they say they will do. I wish there were more guildelines and follow up for pet owners--sometimes you find poop all over the place.

Beautiful layout, rapid response to repair requests and overall good community. I do recommend the Peppermill Place as a great place to live.
